- We bake and ship cookies Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday - Friday) Ship within 2-3 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM (Friday - Sunday) Ship within 2-3 business days.
- Orders typically arrive within 2 - 4 business days, depending on your location.

We offer shipping throughout the USA. Orders are shipped within 72 hours via UPS or USPS.
Why are some flavors of cookies sometimes unavailable?
Our cookies are made fresh daily, with most of the work done by hand to ensure quality and taste. We offer a variety of flavors and rotate them monthly based on availability.
SOLD OUT. When will you restock?
We aim to keep up with demand and restock within 24 hours, though available flavors will rotate periodically.
Allergies Information
We do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but please note that our production area handles wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, and dairy. We are not an allergen-free environment.
